We sell holiday packages, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped to you. This page explains how and when the service you have paid for is delivered.
What you receive after booking
Within one hour of your payment clearing, during our working hours, you will receive:
- A booking confirmation by email to the address you provided
- A WhatsApp message from us confirming your package, dates, group size and amounts paid and due
If you book late at night, you will receive your confirmation by 9:00 AM the next morning. If you have not heard from us within that time, please call +91 86999 71113 rather than assume the booking has failed.
Before you travel
Between 48 and 24 hours before departure, we send you:
- Your Volvo boarding point in Delhi and reporting time
- Your seat details once assigned by the bus operator
- Your driver’s name and mobile number for the Manali pickup
- Hotel details and check-in guidance
- Any permit information relevant to your route
During your trip
The service itself is delivered on the dates of your package, as described on the package page you booked from. Our on-ground team in Manali is reachable throughout your trip on +91 86999 71113.
Check-in and check-out
Standard hotel check-in is 12:00 noon and check-out is 12:00 noon. Early check-in on arrival day is complimentary where the room is available, but cannot be guaranteed.
If documents do not reach you
Confirmations are sent to the email address and phone number you provide at booking, so please check both are correct. Confirmation emails occasionally land in spam or promotions folders. If anything is missing, WhatsApp us on +91 86999 71113 and we will resend it immediately.
